Challenge

Revenue was flat and deals were too small. Medisafe was selling into coordinators and brand managers instead of the C-suite, pricing reflected it, and the team was accustomed to leaving $400K+ on the table on a deals just to get it closed. Renewals were slipping and expansion was reactive.

Solution

We diagnosed it as a buyer problem, not a product problem. We rebuilt positioning around enterprise pharma portfolios, repriced and repackaged for C-suite budgets, and overhauled the full sales motion — discovery, qualification, business case, and procurement — to match how enterprise actually buys. Then we coached the team to hold the line on price.

Closed the a new deal at $1.2M instead of the $800K the team was ready to accept, rebuilt the expansion and renewal motion, and streamlined SOW delivery so larger deals could actually be serviced.
