We work with some of the most innovative healthcare companies in the country, and now we’re looking for a Director of Clinic Marketing to lead and manage the marketing strategy for healthcare groups with large networks of clinics across the U.S.
This role is perfect for someone with deep experience in healthcare marketing who can think strategically at a corporate level while also executing at the local clinic level. You will serve as the primary marketing lead for our healthcare clients, working closely with C-suite executives, regional leaders, and clinic teams to drive patient acquisition, brand positioning, and overall marketing success.
What You'll Be Doing
As the Director of Clinic Marketing, you will be responsible for managing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that support both corporate and clinic-level initiatives.
High-Level Responsibilities:
- Own the corporate marketing strategy for healthcare groups while ensuring alignment with local clinic marketing efforts.
- Act as the primary liaison between Clearstart, the corporate and clinic leadership teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop data-driven marketing strategies focused on patient acquisition, engagement, and retention at both national and clinic levels.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation efforts to establish a strong presence in competitive markets.
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and local outreach for clinic-level visibility.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (content, design, paid media, and operations) to implement and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets, reporting, and ROI analysis to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Stay ahead of healthcare marketing trends, regulatory considerations, and patient acquisition best practices to keep strategies fresh and compliant.
What You Bring to the Table
✅ 5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably within multi-site healthcare organizations, provider networks, or PE-backed clinic groups.
✅ Strong leadership experience in managing corporate and local-level marketing strategies simultaneously.
✅ Deep knowledge of patient acquisition strategies and marketing tactics tailored for primary care, specialty clinics, or provider networks.
✅ Ability to work cross-functionally with executive leadership, clinic operators, and marketing teams to align on strategic goals.
✅ Proven experience managing agency partnerships or working within an agency model supporting healthcare clients.
✅ Data-driven mindset, with experience in marketing analytics, patient funnel optimization, and performance-based marketing.
✅ Hands-on execution experience in digital marketing, content marketing, brand strategy, and local community outreach.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—this role requires frequent collaboration with executives, operations leaders, and clinic teams.
