Senior Account Director
Clearstart is searching for a seasoned and strategic marketing leader to join our team as a Senior Account Director. You will be responsible for managing our rapidly growing startup clients, providing them with the senior level strategic marketing leadership they need to effectively take their company to the next level.
About The Role
As a Senior Account Director at Clearstart, you're a fractional marketing leader to health tech startups who sometimes gets confused with also being the Chief Growth Officer. You're a cross functional team player that sits between founders, sales, product and marketing to align all initiatives with company objectives. You believe no two companies are alike, and look at each client as a unique opportunity to try something new - no playbooks allowed here.
You will collaborate closely with both your clients and your team at Clearstart to develop comprehensive marketing plans across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry trends. Additionally, you will oversee the execution of client campaigns, providing direction to internal teams and ensuring the delivery of highly effective marketing strategies that meet the client’s goals and business needs.
Your ability to think strategically, build strong client relationships, and drive campaign success will be essential in driving growth and success for both our clients and our agency.
